Great and friendly

The LaCrescent Branch staff is so pleasant and easy to work with.

I've just opened an account with Altra Federal Credit Union and I was very pleased with the experience. The representative was very knowledgeable, she helped me to set up online banking and mobile app. Now I can track all my transactions in seconds.

Great and fast service!

Don’t trust them they will tell you one thing like you are a valued member just to turn there backs on you like a smack in the face. Was told they would take over my loan so all of them could be in one convenient spot to them just be told next day they are doing doing it. Take your business where you are valued not just a account or numbers on a piece of paper. Looking at switching all my loans and businesses to a diffrent bank that will accept me and not lie.

In spite of the chaos of the remodel, my requests were taken care of efficiently in the lobby. Grant took care of it.

Working with people in establishment is great. The one concern is using the mobile application where there is a bug getting EStatements on iPhone. I reported issue two years back and chatted with customer support few times and so far no resolution other than it is known issue.
