Very personal message and quick response with emails but I am very sad about the 3 oz that they used to sell 3 oz was a great deal and now it's only two which makes me sad

I ordered first week of May and my order was not delivered twice. Apparently, reason was wrong address. But that is impossible because I have everything delivered at this address every single time. We all know by now that reviews can be paid right? Anyone has same experience as me or same concerns?

I have been wanting to try ALT for some time now and finally did. I bought 10 bottles! Looking forward to finding a perfectly matched scent for myself. Thank you. Customer service was great in reaching out to welcome me too!

My girlfriend ordered Crystal after hearing a lot of buzz about it. It’s not a bad fragrance at all, but it also didn’t really wow me. On first spray, it’s very light and wears more like a body mist than a long-lasting fragrance. On me, it lasted maybe 20 to 30 minutes before fading. I smelled it, and we both had the same reaction. Pleasant, but not memorable. Nothing offensive, nothing amazing. It definitely wasn’t one of those scents that made jer want to lean in closer or ask what I she wearing. I know fragrance is very personal, and body chemistry plays a huge role. What doesn’t work for me might smell incredible on someone else. But based on her experience, this one didn’t make me curious enough to explore a stronger or more expensive version. That said, I do appreciate the brand’s approach, fair pricing, and the fact that they genuinely want real feedback. I don’t regret trying it, and I’m glad I didn’t spend a lot of money finding out whether it was for me. Bottom line, not bad, not amazing, Just okay.
