Smells are pretty accurate

My order arrived broken and with one email, the problem was resolved. They had a replacement bottle sent in less than 10 minutes after my original email. It was the most streamlined customer service experiences I've ever had, by far.

Great, good customer service

ALT. Fragrances is a decent company in my opinion so far, I had an issue with a shipment that contained the wrong fragrance and not my order. I ordered two different bottles one of which showed up fine. The other was not the one that should have been in the box, it also appeared to be opened. They said they would send me what I actually ordered. At this point I can only say customer service seems to be doing a good job. But it is a bit difficult to contact them unless you message directly.

Everything was great! Now, I anxiously await to try and sample your products. Your service and use of ordering are very good. Thank you for excellent attention.
