I had trouble receiving the first order I placed. After communicating with support desk online, a new order was placed at no charge and I received it within a week. The communication is to be commended! I absolutely LOVE the product and plan to be a continued supporter of this company.

This is an amazing company! The products are fabulous (and clean). I love Desert Phantom, it is everything the original (Mojave Ghost) is and more, it truly lasts longer. The customer service is beyond exceptional. I am SOLD!

Impossibly close scents for 1/3 of the price!!! i have owned many of the authentic colognes that Alt has replicated and i was surprised by how similar they were to the inspiration! i took all 5x scents [ Saxophone; Farouche; Acqua Di Alt; Bleau; & Splish ] that i purchased for a “test run” & 2/5 scents [ Acqua Di Alt & Farouche] were so close to the originals that people asked me if i was wearing “_____” when in reality it was the ALT version of the cologne!!! and from my PERSONAL collection, id say 3/5 [Farouche; Acqua Di Alt; & Splish] were a TINY bit off, if not SPOT on!!! of course i would never admit to it, but i will be purchasing those specific scents from ALT going forward.

I had a few issues about the shipment (it leaked). But this issues had no relation as far as the quality of the products sold by ALT. I used to buy brand names only like Hermes, Creed and all. Now, I only use ALT. Men’s cologne/Perfume exclusively. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.
