Customer service was amazing. I messed up. my order for a female sent and contacted customer service and they quickly fixed the issue. Haven’t got to smell the cologneyet, but definitely I am excited about it.

A truly trustworthy company. My package was lost in transit and delivered to the wrong address. I contacted customer service, and they immediately sent out a replacement without any hassle.

Alt is such an amazing company! Petal explosion is an exact replica of ‘Victor and Rolf’s Flower Bomb.’ Now I can smell like it’s my wedding day, every day!!! Their fragrances are top tier, and customer service is incredible. I’m so happy I found them, I will never have to buy expensive perfume again!

Each time I have ordered from ALT, has been easy with effortless transactions. This previous order didn’t quite survive the travel and a couple of bottles were damaged. Customer service was very prompt to address my issue, and quickly resolved the matter! I am very pleased with how considerate and compassionate the staff is!

The smell of the sensual vanilla is fantastic, however, I ordered two bottles and one arrived intact, and the other one arrived shattered. So I sent a picture to customer service and they still have not sent me a replacement bottle even though they said they would.
