Great customer service from the sales staff and customer support. I have recommended Al's on several of the Facebook groups I belong to. I will always check here first before I make a purchase. Couldn't be happier.

First time purchase, fast shipping and got here quickly.

Pitiful handling of our order. One week after ordering our product (sanding discs) they finally actually shipped. We paid $35 for expedited shipping! By the time we are scheduled to receive our product we won't need it anymore because we had to hand sand the whole job due to this. I would not recommend this website.
