Satisfied with the service and product

Shipped very quickly, arrived in perfect condition, relatively easy to assemble, good quality. We're pleased!

My order was not shipped in the 4 tp 10 day time as stated. After 2 weeks I contacted them only to find out that the item was out of stock. They should have sent ne an email stating the problem rather than me having to contact them.

All in all, it was great! The only hic-up was the lack of information about my order coming in 2 boxes. When only 1 came I thought I missing a whole bunch of things!!!! Customer Service was awesome but knowing this ahead of time would have avoided any confusion

Delivery was prompt and arrived in good shape. The only gripe I have is having to put the roller devices in the shade without clear directions. I think they should be pre-assembled so all you had todo was put up the holders and insert the shades. Otherwise, the product seems great. Haven't actually used it yet so don't know as to durability.

Product is not what I ordered and came with the wrong directions so it is impossible to put together. I have contacted multiple people for assistance and no one has called me back.

Very low quality furniture, that was extremely difficult to assemble. Poor instructions and nearly impossible places where you must attach the blots and nuts. If I could send it back I would in a heartbeat. I don’t recommend this set to anyone.
