A negative 10 star is more appropriate but not available. Paid 900.00 for an outdoor dining table which came with 6 chairs months ago. Table eventually arrived but no chairs numerous email I sent to so-called customer service receiving back the same rhetorical responses with no resolution in site. I have had enough. Plan to file formal complaints either the BBB, the Attorney Genrerals office in the state I reside in as well as the states this company has locations in. I believe they have three US locations. Consumer fraud ? Credit card charges by deception? The avenue I plan on taking are numerous and will not end until I get the chair I paid for fully or a total refund to my credit card. This company’s name should be changed to “Take the money and run”

The product was delivered in a timely fashion. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. The patio set looks great and feels solid. Thank you!

This company seems to have a recurring behavior in which they ship 1/2 of the order and then supply a bogus shipping number for a fedex label (which never gets sent to Fedex of course). I received my 2 chairs but not the table. I paid via paypal so I reported them and they refunded my money. I suspect they do not want to get suspended from Paypal. Report them, they have no intention of sending the other half of your order, it is a scam run overseas.

Terrible!!! I have been waiting 6 weeks for a delivery! No response from vendor yet. ****update I received a response to wait another week and received my chair on 8/18 after 7 weeks

This is first time writing a review. After reading all the bad reviews I just had to tell someone about my experience. This was also my first time shopping with Alphamart. I would certainly shop with them again. The ordering was very easy and shipping speed was excellent ! I order a lot online and not everything has always been perfect but this was from beginning to end. Yes I would buy from Alphamart again.

Stay away from this company. Warning! I spent $800 on a patio table and 4 chairs and 2 weeks later received 4 chairs. I have been waiting for 2 more weeks for the rest of my order.They do not answer the phone and the only email reply is a auto generated email with no details. WARNING!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I AM VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS THEM AND THEY DESERVE 0 STARS

Needed to cancel order. Received a response in 3 hours followed by the refund. No questions asked. Will order again. Very pleasant to work with.
