We are a family owned business and have been growing since opening in 2001. Through the years we have amassed a large client base consisting of veterinarins, resale companies and end users from all over the world. We strive to give every customer that personal attention that has somehow been lost in e-commerce tech world of today. We purchase products from most major laboratories and distributors in US thus we are able to provide our customers a wide variety of products and lines. Try us, you won't be disappointed.

Low sale price on gloves plus expensive standard shipping still added up to a lower overall price than other online sellers. USPS slower than usual but not a problem, everything is more difficult now, and the delay in transit was good quarantine for the order. Very impressed with the gloves, much better than food service gloves made from same material.

Not much to say. I had no problem finding the the product, and it was delivered promptly. Would I recommend this company? Absolutely!

The imagine the actual product works great as it was highly recommended by my mom who used to work with animals. However, I just received the product in the mail and most of it has oozed out into the package and all over the can.

I ordered a larger package of an item I had ordered before. The previous orders were shipped free. They charged me $20 for shipping on this larger package!!! I got a notice that the package had been shipped out on Tuesday. I didn't receive it until the following Monday!! That is 7 days!!! The box label says "priority 2-day mail". I definitely did not receive it within 2 days!!! When I spoke with the employee to make the phone order I should have been given the opportunity to choose "regular" mail delivery or "2 day" delivery. The charges would have been significantly different!! I was given NO options! I even said that $20 for shipping sounded like a LOT. That it used up any discount I might have been given. But the employee still never gave me any shipping options.

We are sorry to hear that you did not get the package in 2 days. Please remember that unfortunately, we cannot control the speed of the Postal service. Also, please keep in mind that the July 4th holiday and issues dealing with the Coronona virus probably came into play with delay. Unfortunately USPS does not guarantee First Class nor Priority mail. The posted transit times are only estimates. Only Express is guaranteed by USPS. Your previous orders were shipped free because the product had a free shipping promotion. Although there was no free shipping promo on this last order, you did receive 10% off the sales price which turned out to be much more than the shipping charges. In the future, if you want something delivered(guaranteed) in one or two days, please choose either Next Day or Second Day delivery by either Fedex or UPS. If unsure which one to choose, please call our customer service number and one of our reps would be happy to take your order and help you choose the best shipping service for your needs. We have looked into this further and the shipping option the representative gave you was the cheapest option available. The next cheapest option was UPS ground and the charge would have been $22.53. The freight charges are calculated by the weight, bulk and value of the product as well as the fact that we ship from Florida. You can go to our site and duplicate the order without submitting it so you can see what was just described. We do not add surcharges to the shipping. Our system takes the rates directly from the carriers sites. You are correct that that USPS did take longer than they should have but as mentioned, there was no cheaper shipping option available for your order. We do apologize for the inconvenience but we cannot control the freight carriers and unfortunately we are dependent on them to get the orders to you, our customers. Thank you.
My products were received on time wrapped well no damage.Better priced than other websites.
