Your order was shipped out on time but appears to be hung up somewhere in a USPS hub. We will look into it and if needed, will reship. In the future, if something is wrong please contact us so we can help resolve any issue. Unfortunately, we cannot control the carriers and can help but only if the customer reaches out us.

Thank you for reviewing us. The reason for the freight cost is because we are in located Florida and the order was shipped to California. Also, it the item shipped was a gallon which weighs about 10lbs. If you check UPS's regular rates, you will see that what we charged you was actually lower than regular their regular rates since we get volume discounts. We do not mark up the shipping costs, you pay what UPS charges us for freight. The weight of the item and shipping destination made the freight a little pricey.

For some reason, your order was not processed. We will process it today and ship it right out. We will waive the shipping charge because this was our error.
