I wasn't called to be notified my package would be late. Or to inform me your company only had one syringe and it will be late for delivery. I would've been more comfortable being called or emailed rather than me checking my mail email and having to call back. Thank you for your answering service and your great agents that at least answered my call and questions! Work on that and I will definitely be making future services. When I see my package arriving!
