We provided a $75 discount from our side as a goodwill gesture to help compensate for the price change, and the final price only increased by $100—not more and we give to this customer discount of $75 from our side. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify. The initial quote was based on standard market conditions and driver availability. Unfortunately, when no driver was available at that rate, we had to secure a carrier from the load board at the current market price to ensure your shipment was not delayed. We always aim to be transparent and provide the best possible service. We apologize for any frustration caused and are always open to discussing this further. Best regards, Team All States Car Movers

I truly apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. I completely understand your concern, and I appreciate your patience. There was very limited availability due to the Christmas and New Year holidays, and no drivers were available during that time. Now your vehicle was successfully picked up and delivered on time as promised. We shipped the vehicle within 1 day, and the total distance was almost 1,200 miles.
