Account was opened in my name and I was notified immediately. The person I worked with walked me through everything. Was on the line when I had to contact the bank. She also followed up with me every two weeks until everything was resolved. This service is worth its weight in gold!!!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Darrell. Have a good day!
I had identity taken 2 years ago and have been fighting the battle ever since. This is the fist time I had All State on my side and I felt confident in my assigned representatives ability to fight on my behalf. What a feeling of relief to not go at this alone!

Someone opened a credit card under my info. I honestly wasn't sure where to start. The process to open a case was as simple as it possibly could be and I was immediately assigned an advocate to walk me through the appropriate steps. It did take some work and a lot of time but I was confident in the process and was elated when I received the letter that the debt had been cancelled and no further action was required. I learned a lot but the help from Brandon kept the stress down. I think we all could use less stress.

The issue was fixed on the first call with the restoration specialist. The representative stayed with me each step of the way and explained what was going on.

I was notified of alerts regarding medical. I never received an emailed to change my password. This request was on your end and I am still waiting for a response. I just submitted my review, automatically received a code so I can submit this review, not for the other listed above.
