Kevin, Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that your order did not arrive as promptly as expected. We adjusted the order per your request on 6/27, and then we shipped it on 6/30. With this being a larger order, we probably held it an extra day so we could ship the entire order in one shipment. Your entire order shipped out 6/30/22. With the holiday this weekend, you can expect it to arrive anytime between today and mid-week. Thank you for your patience.

We have been seeing significant delays due to COVID, but are hopeful that your order will arrive within the next few weeks. When our DHL Global Mail shipping option is selected, we provide a message notifying customers that this shipping method is "Reliable but not trackable and not refundable if lost/damaged." We offer this method for our customers that prefer a more affordable shipping option, but we try to be as transparent as possible about the limitations of the service so our customers have all of the necessary details to make an informed selection. We apologize that our responses have not been received. We always reply to emails within hours of receiving them, and work hard to provide the best customer service in our industry. We have emailed you a few times, and confirmed by email that we have accepted your resale license. The emails must be going to your spam folder, so we kindly suggest you add us to your safe senders list so that you can see our replies. We also called you a few times to try to assist with setting us up as a safe sender, but have been unable to reach you. We really hope that you will remove this review, as it is not an accurate depiction of our business and the level of service we provide to our customers. As far as our affiliate program goes, your site would be an excellent candidate for the program. We generally allow sites into our program that cover topics about Nutrition, Health, Fitness, Vitamins, and Supplements and now that we carry pet products, your site would be a great fit. Our goal with the program is to promote original content regarding products we carry so once you add that to your site, please feel free to apply online. The affiliate that wrote the negative review was using unapproved methods of collecting orders, and used customer reviews to express his discontent for being removed from our program for those policy violations. Please read our response to that review for more information. Once you join the program you will see that we have advertising policies in place, which means that there are some methods of order collection that are not permitted. Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the melted bars. When orders are placed for meltable products, we post a notice at checkout warning of the possibility of melting. Since we ship worldwide, we allow our customers to make their own judgment as to whether the weather in their area could cause melting. Usually we recommend placing the product in the refrigerator or freezer when received to reconstitute the coating. We definitely do not want our customers to receive melted products, but unfortunately temperatures can be high inside of courier trucks and cold packs don't last long enough in the heat to prevent bars from melting. We don't offer any option to ship in an insulated box, so we usually recommend customers stock up during cooler months or select expedited shipping to minimize the amount of time the products spend in the heat.
