Response from Alli West Indian American Grocery· Nov 30, 2025

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be when an item becomes unavailable, and we always do our best to restock quickly. In your case, we reached out by email as soon as we discovered that our vendor was temporarily out of the product you ordered. We explained the situation, let you know we were searching for additional inventory, and clearly stated that if we were unable to secure it, we would issue a full refund. Since we did not receive a response to our outreach, and our vendor confirmed extended unavailability, we went ahead and refunded your order proactively—exactly as promised. While stock shortages can happen to any business, especially with imported and specialty products, we always contact customers directly and resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We’re committed to transparency and appreciate your understanding as we work through vendor-related shortages. If you have any further questions or need assistance in the future, we’re always here to help.
