Allfreshseafood.comReviews of allfreshseafood.com

They closed their retail shipping operations. I had paid for a $700 gift certificate which had a remaining balance of $245. They have refused to respond to my correspondence on how I can get recompense for the remaining balance despite saying they were resolving outstanding customer issues. Makes sense now why the quality of their product was declining.

I spent over $300,oo and they went out of business the day my seafood should have arrived. I filed a complaint with the FTC and Affirm and my bank these folks are robbers.

Placed a huge order and they never shipped. Credit card dispute opened to recover my money. Avoid the company!

I ordered several fish and lobster items from AllFreshSeafood because their website shows very high ratings. Everything I received tasted tough, fibrous, and not fresh, not tasty. Most of it had to be thrown away. I submitted a 1‑star review twice for one item. Both were “accepted,” but neither was ever published. This makes me question how many negative reviews are being buried. I’m sharing this, so others don’t rely solely on the glowing reviews on their site. Based on the quality and the lack of transparency, I cannot recommend ordering from them.

I ordered over $600 worth of seafood, two weeks in advance, to be delivered on my birthday! Not only did it not arrive , BUT I had to call them in its regard. BOTH people I spoke to (the one on my birthday and the second person I spoke, after being promised a call the next day and never receiving it, so I had to call them back two days later) were basically like, we're having shipping issues so you're SOL. Didn't offer and then later refused any compensatory measures to make up for it! THANKS FOR NOTHING! YOU WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME! This was poor customer service, poor resolution skills and YOU RUINED MY BIRTHDAY FOR MYSELF AND MY GUESTS!

Easy to navigate the website with many options of fish and meat. Fast delivery and wonderful shipping freeze container that kept the fish frozen. Will buy again.

We ordered 3 lbs of crab legs and recieved 3.5 crab legs for $500. The crab legs did not weigh anywhere near 3 lbs. I even got on a scale holding them and gained 1 lb. Was our first order from them and will be our last. Overpriced.

I purchased COLOSSAL Crab, and what came was small, pearl shaped pieces NOTHING that resembles the photo in the least!!!! I also bought the stuffed shrimp and the shrimp, were minuscule with a stuffing of mostly breadcrumbs. AND……then I checked my bank account after placing the order, and they had charged me 5 times, SOOOOO I needed to call and clarify my order and tell them what had happened. They fixed it, but it was a hassle. The ONLY redeeming feature of this company is the shipping/container !!! Would not recommend their products for anyone!!!!! Photos were alllllll a lie, NOT what I expected!!! I’ve had larger pieces, of crabmeat, from the cans you buy in the grocery store……the strange part, was the pieces looked like small pearls , where/how they came upon this shape, I have no idea !!!!!
