I bought this product at $174 for 6 bottles and was charged $294. They guarantee a full refund if you are not satisfied. I tried the product for 1 week and got severely ill. Stomach pains and rapid heart beat. I returned the product following the instructions. I sent the email and also sent all six bottles back only one was opened. I mailed it on 9/5 and they received it on 9/9. I waited the 10 business days. I did not receive a reply from my email so I called the number listed, spoke to someone and gave them all the information. The order number and the UPS tracking number. They said I would get my refund in five business days. As of today 10/7 I still have not received my refund. Fair WARNING ⚠️ It is a SCAM. I plan on taking further action to receive my full refund. Shame on them...and I don't understand how people like this sleep at night!!!

Definitely used AI generated celebrities Product is dangerous. I got pancreatitis from taking the pills. when ordered said it would be 100% refundable and when I asked for a refund they will only give me 70% back not the 100%. Just another scam company out there and don't know why people can't get these stopped.

I purchased six bottles of AlkaSlim for approximately $300 after seeing the product advertised with a 100% money-back guarantee. When I received the bottles and looked at the actual ingredient label, I was very disappointed. The primary ingredient was baking soda, which was not disclosed as the primary ingredient in the information I reviewed before purchasing. Had I known this before ordering, I would not have purchased six bottles. I contacted the company and requested a refund. Initially, I was offered a 25% refund if I kept the bottles. I declined because I wanted to return the product for the advertised 100% money-back guarantee. I was then offered a 50% refund to keep the bottles, which I also declined. I continued requesting a full refund and was eventually provided an address to return the product. When I went to the post office, the ZIP code I had been given did not work. I contacted the company again and was provided a corrected ZIP code. This could have simply been a mistake on their part, but it caused additional inconvenience during an already frustrating return process. I returned all six bottles at my own expense, which cost me approximately $37 in shipping. After about two weeks without hearing anything regarding my refund, I contacted the company again. I was then told that it could take approximately 6–8 weeks for them to inspect the returned bottles to make sure they had not been tampered with before processing the refund. I was also given the option of accepting a partial refund instead of waiting through that process. At that point, after everything I had already gone through, I did not want to continue with the back-and-forth, so I accepted the partial refund. I ultimately received approximately $205 back. My issue is that this product was advertised with a 100% money-back guarantee, but that was not ultimately my experience. I spent approximately $300 on the product, paid another $37 out of pocket to return all six bottles, and ultimately received only approximately $205 back after accepting their partial-refund offer. I am writing this review to share my personal experience so other customers can make their own informed decision. I strongly recommend reading the actual ingredient label, refund terms, and return requirements carefully before purchasing.

I've used the product for a week, eating almost nothing daily and have GAINED 2.6 lbs. I will be requesting a refund since I was given false weight loss information and it worked just the opposite from their advertised promise. I feel very disheartened, especially due to their celebrity spokesperson endorsement! 💊😪🦢

They don’t even deserve 1 star! They charged $738 for 18 bottles and it wasn’t airs them forever to answer you back. Luckily I canceled the order and got a full refund after many emails with distance in between! My last email they told me I have to pay for return shipping because I canceled on the weekend but product was already in truck and they didn’t get my message till Monday and since the package shipped and I got it then I have to pay the shipping! Do NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AT ALL, it’s a scam!
