About Alive & Free Consulting

Alive & Free Consulting began in 2019 as a small team, helping women heal emotionally through coaching and online courses. Over the years we have helped nearly 5,000 women heal pain and trauma and go on to live healthier lives. Today we have grown into a team of 20, now serving and coaching both men and women who need healing as well as those who want to learn how to help others heal. Our heart is to see people healed and set free from shame, to create nourishing relationships, and step into a fulfilling and healthy life.
