Really have been enjoying this company! Super affordable and respond to emails in a fashioned time. The aligners don't look noticeable which is surprising to me. I was so excited I showed my family wearing my new aligners but they didn't even notice. This is coming from someone with a bit of spacing in their teeth. Thanks!

My experience with Alignerco has been fantastic. The process has been extremely easy. Everything has arrived a day or two earlier than they promised. The instructions have been clear, complete, and easy to follow. Any questions have been answered in a timely manner. I started my actual treatment last week and the liners are more comfortable and less visible than I expected. I thought for sure I would have a spot on my gums where they rubbed or something along those lines. That hasn't been the case at all. I can't think of a single thing that I would change. Job well done.

Great experience so far. Very professional and do a great job communicating. The fit of the aligners has been perfect and I'm already seeing movement after only 1 month.

First of all, I could not even buy their product through their own website!! After trying for a week to buy an impression kit through their website, with no success, I called. It took them another week to send me an invoice by email for the impression kit. They then promised they would send me a tracking number for the impression kit within 3-4 days. Two weeks later I had not heard from them. When I enquired they promised to send the tracking number shortly, but I never received it. I decided this was a sign of the quality of their service, and sought to cancel the impression kit and get a refund. Eventually, someone got back to me and said they would let me know in the next few days when the refund was processed. Three weeks later, I have not heard from them and have not received a refund. When I contacted them yet again, they now tell me that "hopefully you will get a call from the concerned department within 24 to 48 hours". I do not want a call I want a refund and will be contacting my legal representative regarding this fraudulent company. I am so glad that I did not buy the aligners outright - I can only imagine the excuses they would be using to string me along once they had my 1100 dollars! Do not use this company, it is a scam.
