As this is a newer company I was a little hesitant purchasing something like this online; but no regrets! There were a lot of the comments are about great customer service, and with good reason! Always easy to be in contact with a real person, and I felt well supported throughout the whole process so far. Everything has gone smoothly and as expected getting started, and I have just begun my treatment process. The aligners fit well and have good clarity. I missed sending in a picture of wearing the first set of trays, and they were on top of it to reach out to me to make sure all was well. They also promptly reviewed the images, and it was reassuring to feel everything is being monitored closely. Would highly recommend! Looking forward to the finish line!

Loved the customer service! I bought the aligners months ago and I finally got my first set. Usually I would be mad because I kept doing the molding of my teeth wrong which delayed the processing time but Ele made the process seamless! They always answered any questions fastly and accommodated me pretty good.

Good communication with Alice the specialist rep. ,she answers all my messages, I am located in Montreal Airea and I received all my aligners with UPS, the first set fit good, I am happy with this purchase because it was cheaper than the other companys. I just want to say that you have to be patient during the process. I recommand this company. Bonne communication avec Alice la représentante qui était aimable et compétente lors de ses réponnses à mes messages, je rèste à Montréal et après avoir reçu tout mes aligneurs avec UPS mon premier set semble parfait, je dois dire qu’il faut simplement être patient lors de tout le processus. Je recommande fortement cette jeune company.

UPDATE: I am being refunded for the purchase. After leaving this review, a representative contacted me promptly. However they asked me to remove this review. I believe that you should all be aware that leaving a review is the best way to get attention from most companies, and this one is no exception. ____________________ I don’t know anything about the quality of their aligners, but I do know that their customer support is ignoring me. I ordered an impression set but decided to cancel before it shipped. I then contacted support and they asked me for a reason why I wanted to cancel, and I explained that I would like to explore my other options before I commit. Still no response and no refund. Will update.
