Alignerco helped me very much with the questions I had.

I was looking to get an aligner alternative to Invisalign as it's quite expensive and requires dentist visitations which would incur extra fees, so I looked for alternatives and found Alignerco. The company strikes me as rather odd as it has no physical locations and everything is done through shipping and at home. However, the live chat customer service is very patient and helpful in walking me through questions and clearing up confusions that I had. It was a very pleasant experience and assured me about my dental situation being fixable. I'm pleased that the 1.5-hour chat saved me the trouble of scheduling a dentist appointment and actually going to the dentist. I have yet to receive my aligner kit but they seem transparent about their process and that earned my trust.

You get what you pay for here. They will nickel and dime you at every step. Just go with a more trusted company like Smile Direct Club. AlignerCo may seem cheaper at first but you will end up paying more in the end.
