Alan Shaw was super helpful!! He really helped me make sure my impressions were correct and made the whole process so much smoother. The kit included extra putty so when I made my mistake the first time I had plenty left over. Alan was super patient and I cannot wait to start my aligner journey! overall I had a very good experience!!

This was my second time using AlignerCo being that I lost my retainer some years back. They have come along way in their process and technology. The addition of the video session has been really nice. Loooking forward to starting the process again. I was happy with my first treatment but unfortuanley i lost my retainers
