I had an excellent chat experience with Max Morrison. The process was smooth. I had a simple question. All I had to do was provide my address and order ID and then I received my answer that my package of my impressions was on the way to ALIGNERCO. Thank you Max for your excellent customer service skills, keep up the good work. I can’t wait to get started and I hope and pray the process only goes smoother from here. Thanks again Max.

I’m so frustrated with this company. Whenever I have an issue and go through there app where there supposed to have someone help you they tell you something different. I ordered aligners over 6 months ago. They finally get shipped and only after I left a bad review about waiting so long and being told different things everytime I would message customer service. I messaged customer service so many times and within 48 hours of me leaving a bad review someone called me I thought it was because I kept messaging there customer service but no it’s because I left a bad review now all the sudden someone wants to call me to get it resolved and asked me to delete my review and were extremely pushy about it. I’ve never had a company call me and do that given I’ve never really posted a bad review before. My retainers finally got shipped and they were apperantly delivered but I never got them I messaged customer service about it and they said it was delivered and sent me tracking number so I check the tracking number it says it was signed for but the person who signed didn’t even spell my last name right. They said someone will reach out to be from shipping department or something like that, two days go by and I message again and they said the same thing it was delivered and signed for I said I know I was talking to someone the other day from here someone was supposed to reach out to me within 24 hours and they didn’t. And I sent a screen shot this time from usps of the delivery and my last name spelled wrong by whoever signed it. They said now a different department is going to reach out to me very soon. Another day or two goes by I message again asking about my retainers and saying nobody reached out to me. They send me a picture of my screen shot I sent them saying well it says it was delivered. Im like I sent you guys that picture I’ve explained this numerous times I never got them. You said someone would reach out now they say it’s been escalated to some other department name and someone will reach out to be in 24 hours. and it’s been 24 hours and still nobody reached out to me. I know it may not be there fault someone else signed but it’s not mine either I’m not asking for a refund even just a. Way to get this resolved. I waited over 6 months paid upfront just to not get my retainers. There’s so many other issues I had in between to like poor directions and communication, someone always tells you something different, they just make up department name I’m pretty sure just like they use fake names for themselves. It’s all very sketchy. I paid all this money up front and waited this long and the burst batch of retainers I didn’t even get and nobody will help me. I’ve never delt with something like this. I’m so frustrated and regret very much going through this company I went through byte years ago it was so easy and I didn’t have one issue not on complaint. I lost my retainer and my teeth shifted and unfortunately they closed down so I can’t even go back to them. But going here was a huge regret and there’s plenty of bad reviews they just pay people take them down like they did with me.
