Thank you for your review! We're happy to hear you had a positive experience with algorx, but we're sorry the medication hasn't delivered the results you were hoping for. As a telehealth platform, algorx connects patients with licensed healthcare providers and pharmacy partners. We do not manufacture, store, or ship medications ourselves. We encourage you to reach out to your prescribing provider through the secure chat in your algorx account. They can review your concerns and determine whether an adjustment or alternative treatment may be appropriate. We appreciate your feedback and hope we're able to help improve your experience!
Great experience with the process and timely turnaround. Slightly pricey though.

We are glad you enjoyed our quick process. We hear your feedback on our pricing and we try our best!
Tirzepatide came with ice in an insulated container. I did not see any coa. When ordering online, its vital to give maximum confidence in pharmaceutical drugs for safety and customer confidence. That is my only criticism, otherwise I am very pleased.

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are commonly used by research chemical companies to demonstrate product identity and purity. At algorx, we work exclusively with licensed, regulated compounding pharmacies that operate under strict state and federal pharmacy standards and oversight. Unlike research chemical suppliers, our pharmacy partners dispense prescription medications intended for patient use, with established quality control and safety procedures. We appreciate your trust in algorx and thank you for taking the time to share your experience!
The experience was good. My 4 rating was because I felt there were a lot of emails back and forth to get to the end result. I had a good experience; my comment is in reference to how to make the experience better and get my rating to a 5 star. I am in field and quite busy between meetings so to reply to a few emails is not terrible but for me personally it is difficult. My comment is if somehow can be completed in one email exchange this would make the experience a 6!!!

Very professional. Site was easy to navigate. Answer a few medical questions, wait for a review and obtain the prescription I was looking for. The item was forwarded to a pharmacy and shipped the next day! WOW....very nice service. Not the cheapest around, but your guaranteed you will get your product ASAP along with the quality you expect.

The whole process is very easy. User interface is great and offer a lot of different medications directly shipped to you makes the whole process very easy! Wish the prices were a little better that’s the only reason for a 4 star instead of 5
