We're sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it is to receive only part of your order and then face additional delays while waiting for a resolution. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we apologize for both the inconvenience and the disappointment caused by our communication and service. While carriers occasionally separate shipments, we recognize that doesn't make the situation any less frustrating when you're waiting for your new couch. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and would like the opportunity to review your order and help however we can. Please send us a private message with your order number to [email protected] so our team can take a closer look and provide an update. Thank you for your feedback—it helps us identify where we need to improve.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear that your Kova sectional has not met your expectations, particularly regarding the cushion fill and appearance over time. We appreciate you recognizing our efforts to replace the cushions, but it's clear that the replacement did not resolve your concerns. We understand how disappointing it is to invest in a new sofa and feel that it isn't maintaining the comfort and appearance you expected. Your feedback regarding the cushion fit and long-term performance is valuable and has been shared with our product and quality teams for review. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We truly value your business and the opportunity to improve.

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We understand your concerns, especially when making a significant furniture purchase online. You're absolutely right that seeing accurate product colors and materials is critical to feeling confident in your decision. We're continuously working to improve our product imagery and visualization tools, and feedback like yours helps us understand where we can do better. We also recognize the challenge of purchasing a sofa without the opportunity to experience it in person. While our direct-to-consumer model allows us to offer high-quality furniture at competitive prices, we understand that it doesn't replace the confidence that comes from seeing and sitting on a piece before buying. Regarding return shipping, we appreciate your perspective. Large furniture returns involve significant transportation and handling costs, but we understand how that fee can feel frustrating when you're taking a chance on an online purchase. Your comments about balancing customer risk and convenience have been shared with our team as we continue evaluating ways to improve the shopping experience. We genuinely appreciate your honesty and the opportunity to learn from your experience.
