If Alaska Cruises in selling globally, there should be a toll-free for Asian countries as well. The only option was to book online with lots of uncertainties. Customer service & agents are non responsive and very slow in emails. Disappointed & really upset. " WMPH Vacations We Make People Happy!" ...... you might want to reconsider this slogan, as I am one very unhappy customer !!
