Great people both in Anchorage and and also in the yard in Tacoma

We’re glad to hear you had such a positive experience throughout the process! We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and choosing us to help coordinate your shipment.
Paid $4400 to ship my vehicle from AK to FL, so I would not need a rental in FL. I shipped the vehicle a month prior to my next trip. Based on my experience in logistics, the shipping from A to B is mapped out before taking the money. They only planned from AK to Tacoma, did not schedule to FL. Vehicle has been sitting in Tacoma for 2 weeks. The person on the phone did not care about negative post.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the delay with your vehicle. For a multi-leg shipment such as this one, spanning thousands of miles and crossing not only bodies of water but also the continental United States, carrier availability and port schedules can significantly impact the overall timeline. This is why we let our customers know ahead of time that all pickup and delivery dates and times are estimated and not guaranteed. The size of your vehicle and the delivery location have also been limiting factors regarding carrier availability. Our team is actively working to confirm a carrier for the remaining portion of the transport. As soon as a carrier is confirmed, we will contact you with the updated information. Again, we are sorry for the delay and thank you for your patience while we work to resolve it.
Alaska Car Transport kept me in the loop every step of the journey from Anchorage to Lindenhurst, New York.

So easy from start to finish. The entire process was painless. They took great care of my vehicle. The only criticism i can offer is after i got my online quote the rep was a little overbearing/aggressive in calling and messaging to book my shipment. Other than that it was an outstanding experience.

We’re glad to hear you had such a positive experience overall and that your vehicle was well taken care of throughout the process. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the communication after receiving your quote. We’ll be sure to take that into consideration as we work to improve the customer experience. We truly appreciate your recommendation and kind words!
This company is all over you until the sale happens and then at that point, you’re on your own. Highly recommend putting a tracking device on your car, cause they won’t know where it is, and the DO NOT communicate. I’ve been on hold multiple times, over 30 minutes, no one has answered the phone. My car supposedly arrived at the port a week ago, but zero communication from them. They also don’t reply to emails. Please note, based on the reply below, which makes it sound like they have stayed in contact with me, that’s not the case. I had to contact them both times, sitting on hold for over an hour, getting hung up on. I was assured a manager would contact me, nope, didn’t happen. If this company knew how to ship cars, they would have had a transport waiting when my car arrived, instead they have no idea who or when my car will ship.

We sincerely apologize for the delays and frustration you have experienced. Your vehicle became available on 8/13, and we have been actively working to confirm a carrier for your shipment. Once a carrier is confirmed, we will contact you with the updated information. As per our records, we also spoke with you on 8/13 and again on 8/17 to provide you with updates regarding the status of your shipment. As stated in the Terms and Conditions you signed at the time of booking, all pickup and delivery dates and times are estimated and are not guaranteed. We understand how frustrating this situation has been, and we sincerely apologize again for the delays, and any inconvenience this has caused.
Honest and straightforward communication throughout the process.
