Great service.

The people representing Alarm Relay were very nice and informative by phone. The challenge is their model of service. If it had worked as advertised, it would have been a cost savings- but it ended up costing me much more. They only provide central services - so must interface with a local system provider over which they have no direct input. They weren't even able to recommend names of local contractors that would work on my pre-existing system. And once I had engaged a alarm system contractor it was extremely difficult to arrange for direct communication between him and the Alarm Relay technician to troubleshoot and test the system. It became apparent that Alarm Relay has a limited number and availability of technicians for this purpose - so it was very frustrating to coordinate communication. Ultimately I was informed by both the local technician and Alarm Relay that the system was operational, only to discover that was not the case when a false alarm set off the local smoke detectors but was never transmitted to the Alarm Relay central station. So nice idea....but in the end resulted in me spending much more money for something that didn't work smoothly and would be hard to maintain. I terminated my contract with Alarm Relay and went with a provider that coordinated their local technicians work with their central station.

I am very pleased with Alarm Relay, They are very easy to work with. and their systems are quite capable.

More than 5 years. i have 4 systems. One goes off every other day-(warehouse in the country) dont seem to mind calling all the time. WORKS GREAT with a smart phone app too- including the live operator. They are very friendly people to work with.

May 24 2018 , The Customer service is fantastic ! Yes . I had some TECHNICLE ISSUES TO RESOVLE.. BUT TEAM DID NOT GIVE UP ! EVERYTHING WAS RESOLVED! I LOVE A TEAM OF PEOPLE WHO DO NOT GIVE UP !

I've used AR's monitoring services on two different properties totaling more than 12 years. I've always found them reliable and professional. When I've inadvertently tripped a sensor, an AR representative is calling me in less than a minute. Indeed, with AR you must buy your own equipment, but the savings versus going with one of the bigger names pays for itself in a short amount of time.

Best value. I had them in Virginia and in Texas. Works great. Very responsive.
