Great accessibility to technicians via appointments, Knowledgeable staff and happy to help with any questions or requests you have regarding your alarm system. And did I mention the insane $avings compared to ADT and other monitoring systems that just want you rmoney and provide you any support or customer service.

Overall, I am pleased with the service as I have had my alarm go off and they have done a good job contacting me. The only thing I am not happy about is that I just got the bill for the new year and the price went up and I wasn't told that would happen.

AlarmRelay does exactly what they say they do. Provide a quality alarm monitoring service at an affordable price. Setup was quick and easy on my existing equipment. The service is excellent, if the alarm goes off, they follow up. Forget the big alarm providers, AlarmRelay has by far the best customer service and knowledgeable technicians. It’s because they’re people like you and me, trying to protect their homes and families without breaking the bank.
