Trying to get into contact with them over accidentally purchasing a year instead of a month and they haven’t even tried to get into contact with me. All I want to do is get a refund. Also I’m a big contact creator that takes all this into account so I will be taking my experience from today into account.

Accidentally selected the 12 month plan instead of the 1 month plan. Trying to get a refund which they state they can but keep dodging questions and trying to avoid giving the money minus the one month originally paid for. It’s taking weeks and is really annoying for something that should be so simple
