Unexpectedly so bad...
I’m trying to report a spam case here. I extracted all the information they requested and filled in all the mandatory fields. I submitted the report, and what was the result? It simply says: “Error message to be decided.” I have no idea what that means, or whether my report was actually submitted. They are a major network provider, yet they can’t even implement a simple abuse reporting form properly? And they can’t just decide on some random error message to display as an excuse for rejecting the report. I’m honestly very disappointed.
