AJF Inspections has served Scottsdale and Phoenix homeowners since 1996. Our family owned company has completed over 100,000 inspections across the Valley, including Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, and Gilbert. Licensed inspectors document every finding with photos and deliver a same-day digital report. We perform buyer's inspections, seller's inspections, new construction inspections, commercial inspections, sewer scope inspections, termite inspections, pool and spa inspections, radon testing, and mold testing. Real estate agents refer us because our reports are clear and our communication is direct. We answer questions before an inspection, during an inspection, and after a client reads the report. An easy and professional experience from start to finish. The inspection and report was extremely detailed, they followed up many times and provided all answers in a timely manner, and the report was easy to view/scroll through/understand. I highly recommend.

Couldn’t be happier with our experience with AJF Inspections! As a realtor in Massachusetts, I’ve been through plenty of home inspections and knew what to expect, but Khyree truly exceeded my expectations. We were able to book the inspection the night before, which was incredibly convenient. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, taking the time to really inspect the home and explain his findings. The inspection report and online portal were also very easy to navigate. As a first-time home buyer, I especially appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism. Khyree was awesome, and I would highly recommend AJF Inspections to anyone looking for a thorough and trustworthy home inspector!

Zach is a fantastic inspector. He listens closely to any concerns, does a very thorough inspection, and explains everything that needs to be addressed with a detailed description of the system and why the item needs to be addressed in order to maintain your largest investment you have!
