Cesar was an excellent inspector for my new build construction and a pleasure to work with. His reports were very detailed and he was able to answer any and all questions we had. When I have my 2nd inspection in a year, I would be happy to hire him again for it.

Frank the inspector provided a thorough inspection and detailed report with lots of high resolution pix to identify each point of concern or condition. We also got the extra air quality, radon , and termite tests.
