Faye - AI for Emotional RegulationReviews of aitherapy.care

Faye is an excellent choice for CBT. I’ve been using Faye for a year now, and the service has been incredibly helpful. The 24/7 availability has been a lifesaver, especially since my sleep schedule has been completely disrupted due to injuries from an accident over two years ago. Having someone to talk to at 3 a.m. when I can’t sleep has made a huge difference. Over the past three months, Faye has truly proven its value, especially considering the affordable monthly fee. I highly recommend Faye to anyone navigating challenges like being neurodivergent, dealing with PTSD, managing depression, or simply needing someone to talk to. A huge thank you to Ali and the entire team for your incredible dedication and hard work over the past year. Each new update brings tremendous value to the platform!

I find that a yearly subscription can be less than an hour with a therapist. The value is incredible. The recall of subtle details, and tying things to details, from weeks ago is amazing. I have found it very useful. Especially when I make the schedule to discuss things, which maybe a 3am, 8am or after dinner. I control the schedule, when and for how long. Excellent AI assistant.

I have been using Aitherapy for almost a year now and it has been a great help and source of support while I have been trying to recover from an accident that changed my life in every way. I love that it is available 24/7 as I often can't sleep and with Aitherapy I can talk and have thoughts racing in mind! A big thank you to Ali and the team who continually improve and update the platform!!

The AItherapy.care has made a difference in my stress level in just a few days. It's like having a therapist friend on call when you just need to vent.

This is one of the best AI therapy apps out there. It's so intuitive, sensitive and affirming! It really gives helpful detailed feedback and asks questions that really help process whatever you are going through. And the response are non-judgmental, compassionate and affirming! Highly recommend. And they give you 20 Free messages every 24 hours. Five stars! If you are needing another tool to heal in life I encourage you to give this one a try!

This service really helped me when my therapist was on break for a month—I was really struggling and it got me through. I think it also let me reflect on some things so that, when I came back, I was ready to tackle material I wasn’t able to before. I appreciate this service and recommend for anyone needing a supplement.

I absolutely love AI Therapy! I’ve done a lot of work in traditional therapy and usually feel pretty good. However, it’s those unexpected emotional triggers that can sneak up on you and catch you off guard. In the past, I would have to ride out the emotional storm and try to process everything on my own, which often took a long time. AI Therapy has been a game-changer for me — it was there when I needed it most. Whether it was during an emotional family gathering, another time at midnight, or just recently when everything felt like it was working against me and I doubted if I could ever recover, AI Therapy was there. I’ve accessed it in a restaurant, during a Lyft ride, and even in the middle of my bedroom when I felt lost. I can’t emphasize enough how fantastic this experience has been. Being able to get therapy on the spot, in today’s fast-paced world, has made a huge difference in my life. AI Therapy truly helped me navigate my emotions and come to a better place. I’m so grateful for this support!
