I had such a great experience today. I called with questions about my insurance policy, and the first agent was incredibly helpful. They transferred me to Jacob for a quote for when I go to school in the fall, and he was amazing, so kind, informative, and patient. You all were awesome and truly made my day. Thank you!

What a joy and ease to be assisted by the lovely professional Connie Velazquez on closing the deal and finalizing details on a new auto policy that saved me lots of money while covering my car much better than other Insurance Companies. Connie went above and beyond answering my many questions with calm and concern, a thoughtful human touch to what can be unnerving experience to ward off future problems! Calvin too, the original customer service agent did a great job, as well, in getting me started submitting my info in a fast timely manner as my other insurance was due in 3 days! Thank you to both!
