These phone have a tendency to shut down when it get too hot which seem dangerous. Does not hold charges it takes along time poor quality. Why is it when it’s government free products you get what you don’t pay for

Unreliable service. If I have bad weather, I lose my connection. What made me walk away was when I needed an Uber, and couldn't get one due to unreliable connection.

Terrible service, pop up ads on every app every 15 moments, and the slowest most fragile phone i have ever used combine to make this, by far, the worst experience ive ever had with a phone or service provider

Honestly if I could leave half of a star or even a quarter of a star I would probably be better with that then a whole star. To begin I prepaid for 3 months of service my phone broke halfway through one they do not offer any type of help with your device so don't expect to get a free device when you start your service that's not even an option two they cannot swap your sim which is a very simple thing to do I worked at Verizon for about 8 years and I did Sim swaps daily for my customers they say they don't have the option to swap your sim because it would confuse the system so you have to purchase another sim card and wait for it to be shipped to you. Now while you're waiting on it to be shipped they can suspend your service however it does not extend your service so all the time that you're losing between the time your phone breaks and you buy more SIM cards from them and they get shipped to you and it's activated you lose that service so I suggest if you do go with this company don't prepay for your service like I did it does not help to pay ahead since we cannot control from day to day what may or may not happen with our devices. Aside from that situation I've also contacted their customer service team on about 3 to 4 different occasions four different reasons each time I was met with the answer of they cannot help me there is nothing that they can do and basically referred me back to their website for any questions that I may have instead of answering them or helping me so if you're looking for a non-existent customer relationship with your cell phone company they're your guy but if you're looking for someone who's actually going to help you I suggest finding a new company

Avoid getting free trial from them, cause if you do not disable auto-pay, which is enabled by default, they will try charging you. You can’t get ahold of customer service, so your payment method remains on your account. Internet runs out within a day or two. Terrible service, zero customer service

They truly suck and hard to get ahold of for the simplest thing

This is ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE 🗑️👎. I'm not one damned bit HAPPY with this phone or the service!!!! You can take this phone and put it "Where the sun NEVER SHINES!!"

They have ZERO customer support. I haven’t been able to speak to anyone yet. The phone isn’t suitable for an older person and you can’t navigate any of the settings. Worthless!
