We understand that you feel you were misled, but we want to address your claim directly: AI-PRO does not intercept or reroute sign-ups to Claude. We promote AI-PRO as a third-party aggregator that legally provides access to Claude models through our platform. Regarding your cancellation and refund request: we reviewed your Support Ticket and made a decision based on our refund policy and Terms of Service , which were clearly presented during the registration process. While we understand your reasons for cancellation, our determination is based on the policy applicable to your purchase. Your Support Ticket has been handled. If you believe there is additional information you want considered, please reply to the ticket reference details with any relevant proof so our team can verify and review accordingly.

We understand why this would feel deceptive and we apologize for the frustration and lack of communication you experienced. To clarify, AI-PRO is a third-party platform that provides access to multiple AI models, and we do not impersonate Claude or claim to be Claude. Billing and subscription management are handled through our platform, and cancellation requests should be processed according to our Terms of Service. We also want to make sure your specific case is reviewed. Please contact our Support Team at [email protected] or 1-888-213-9008 , and include the email address you used for the trial and any details from your search results or order page (date of signup and any confirmation/receipt you received). We’re sorry for the frustration this has caused. We understand how upsetting it can be to notice unexpected subscription charges. We reviewed our records, and at this time we found no support ticket linked to your concern, which suggests you may not have contacted our Support Team yet through the standard support channels (or the request may be associated with a different email address). We also appreciate your advice about being careful when signing up for online subscriptions—since this is a subscription-based service, charges may continue to process until the subscription is canceled through the proper steps, even if you don’t recall signing up. To move forward with your request and prevent any further charges, please reply with: • the email address you used (or believe is associated) with your subscription, and/or • the ticket reference number (if you have one) and the merchant/statement descriptor seen on your bank statement. Once we can locate the correct account, we will verify the billing history, confirm the subscription status, and process the resolution according to our billing and refund policy. You may also contact us directly at [email protected] or 1-888-213-9008
