We’re sorry to hear that your experience has been frustrating, and we take concerns about charges and cancellation options seriously. Please note that at AI-PRO, subscriptions deal with automatic renewal and the corresponding terms are presented during the sign-up/enrollment process. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or without authorization, we can investigate your specific account and billing history. AI-PRO does not remove the ability to cancel. If your account is in active status , the cancellation option remains available under: Manage Account → Subscription → Manage Plan → Cancel To look into what happened on your account and address any billing concerns, please contact our Support Team and include your: • account email address • date and amount of the charge(s) (e.g., the 120 EUR payment) • any transaction reference/statement descriptor you see on your bank/card You can reach us at [email protected] or 1-888-213-9008 . For support availability by phone, our team is available Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time . Once we locate your account, we’ll review the charge(s) and confirm the subscription status and the next steps consistent with our billing/refund policy.

We’re sorry for the frustration and confusion this caused. To clarify, AI-PRO has never claimed to be the official OpenAI or the official ChatGPT service . AI-PRO is a third-party aggregator that provides access to multiple AI platforms/models, which include OpenAI-powered offerings depending on what is available through your account. It’s also possible that OpenAI is referenced within our campaigns and marketing materials . This is done because we do provide access to OpenAI-powered models through our platform, and the use of that information in marketing is therefore compliant and legitimate. In addition, we want to be clear that our registration, checkout, login pages, and overall website displays “AI-PRO” to avoid any misimpressions regarding which platform a customer is signing up for. Regarding the €23.85 you mentioned: this amount corresponds to the Pro plan on AI-PRO. If you are not seeing that Pro plan registered on your account, it may be because you are logged in under a different email/account or using different credentials than the ones used when the subscription was originally created. To help us investigate and confirm your subscription status and payment history, please contact our Support Team with: • the email address used for your AI-PRO account, and • the dates/amounts of the charges (e.g., €23.85). You can reach us at [email protected] or 1-888-213-9008 .

We’d like to clarify how the subscription, trial renewal, and cancellation work so you can see that the options and terms are presented clearly. AI-PRO does not withhold the cancellation option. As long as your account is in active status (i.e., not cancelled), the cancellation option will remain available. If an account is on pause or past due , the cancellation experience may vary based on account status. For active accounts, you can cancel here: Manage Account → Subscription → Manage Plan → Cancel Trial plans are subject to automatic renewal unless cancelled before the trial runs out . This is clearly presented during the enrollment/registration process that you completed—otherwise the registration could not be completed. Any invoicing/notifications are sent after the renewal has been successfully processed, not before. We have confirmed that your account has successfully cancelled. Your Pro access will remain active until November 1, 2026 , and no further recurring charges should be incurred after cancellation takes effect. Your support ticket has been assigned to a representative and is currently being handled. If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please reply directly to the same ticket thread so your assigned representative can review and assist you.

We’re very sorry for the experience you described. We understand how concerning it is to see charges you believe you did not authorize and to not receive a response after contacting support. To help us investigate and assist you, please reply with: 1. the email address you used (or believe was used) when subscribing, and 2. the date and amount of the charge, along with any payment reference/merchant descriptor shown on your credit card statement. You also mentioned emailing customer support. If you submitted a ticket, please include your Support Ticket reference number (or the email subject line and date you contacted us). With that reference, we can check the status of your request and follow up accordingly. For phone assistance, our Support Team is available Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time at 1-888-213-9008 . You can also email us at [email protected] . Once we locate your account, we will review what occurred with the billing and advise on the next steps under our billing and refund policy.

To clarify, AI-PRO is not Claude and is not operated by Anthropic. AI-PRO is a third-party aggregation platform that provides access to multiple AI models (including Claude options) through our service. We do not intercept or reroute sign-ups; any subscription created is based on what you select during the registration/checkout flow on the AI-PRO site. We want to review your situation and assist with your refund request. To do that, please reply with: 1. the email address you used to sign up, and 2. any transaction details you have (date charged and amount, or the payment reference/receipt). Once we locate your account, we’ll review the trial and cancellation status and confirm what refund options are available under our billing and refund policy. If you prefer to contact us directly, you can reach our Support Team at [email protected] or 1-888-213-9008 .

We’re sorry for the confusion you experienced. AI-PRO is one such third-party aggregation platform that provides access to Claude models through our service . This means that “AI-PRO” can appear in results and checkout-related flows even when the underlying model provider is Claude/Anthropic. It is not the official Anthropic website, and the appearance in search results is based on how the web is indexed and displayed for your location and query—not on intercepting your intent. AI-PRO does not intercept sign-ups to Claude and does not reroute users away from Anthropic. If a user chooses AI-PRO and completes registration/payment through the AI-PRO flow, the subscription created is for the AI-PRO service based on that user’s selection during registration. We have reviewed and handled your support ticket accordingly . A full refund was processed on October 13, 2026 . Depending on your bank/card issuer, the refunded amount should reflect back to your account within 5–15 business days . Once the refund has been processed, your subscription should be stopped to prevent any further recurring charges. If you still notice any activity beyond this, please reply to your existing ticket (or contact us at [email protected] / 1-888-213-9008) so we can investigate immediately.
