Buyer Beware! What a joke. Should have researched this company before ordering, my mistake. It came from a “slow boat” China even though their address is California which after researching was a Fed Ex address. The ornament was not 3D as shown in description and the writing Was backwards. It’s only good for a costly laugh. Oh and the hook to hang it if you still choose to is very flimsy and the ribbon broke through the hole making it useless to hang.

Ordered a customized ornament and it was done beautifully and wrapped so nicely. I was pleasantly surprised because I didn't know what to expect. This was my friends favorite gift for Christmas! You can trust this company.

My dog Raj passed away a few years ago suddenly from cancer. I saw this add on Facebook and thought it'd be a great way to keep him in our hearts all year long. All I did was upload a picture very simple. And I received it in a timely matter. I'm super happy with it and plan on buying more soon.TY!!!!

Absolute joke the ornament doesn't look like the 3D ornaments they advertise. It took over 5 weeks to receive. Customer service just makes excuses LIKE "the weather has been bad" sad excuse for a company

The images on the website make it look like a 3D ornament but it’s a thin piece of plastic with a photo sticker attached to it.
