The only thing I would recommend is that the tracking number(s) is automatically email to the recipient. I was having to requested the tracking number(s) each time I place an order.

The scale I purchased was far less expensive than on other sites. Additionally, it arrived in two days time - sooner than I had expected!

We got the scale we ordered from y'all. We opened up the box and installed brand new, fresh-out-of-the-box Ever Ready batteries (6 AA's) in the scale, but it wouldn't come on. Then we started hearing a buzzing sound and when I picked up the scale the cover of the battery case was EXTREMELY hot. The scale had a short in it and in just a couple of minutes the scale had gotten so hot that the both the batteries and the battery case part of the scale were melting. We managed to get the meting batteries out of the battery case before it completely melted down. We called and were promised a new scale, so we sent that one back and we'll see if we actually get a new scale and if it actually works.
