Poor Customer Service. I would not recommended !!! I ordered a scale with different billing and shipping address. They did not process the order and upon calling they have no good customer service. I told them that I take my business elsewhere. I actually found a newer model of the same scale from another company and they also give me coupon; which allowed me to purchase newer model for less price.

Like the scale if only it would have come with the manual that goes with it. Key pad in the manual I got does not match the key pad on the scale so I cant figure it out. Maybe send me the correct one via e-mail . Respectfully Annette Neely
