Thank you for your help.

A trustworthy distributor of weighing instruments. Their invoice provided direct access to the manufacturer from which I was able to order accessories. Both entities had very polite and knowledgeable customer service reps.

Associate contacted me back quickly and was very knowledgeable about the product, reasonable price and no issue on delivery

Great little scale for the money and shipping was fast. Thanks
