AffiliateWPReviews of affiliatewp.com

Overall it is way too expensive as I don't use 90% of it. Found a very similar program that is a one-time purchase for a fraction of the cost.

They have been very supportive and quick to respond with help!

Great plugins with great support, all questions answered extremely quickly.

Had a renewal problem and it was sorted super fast

I had an excellent experience with this company. Their support team was highly professional, patient, and detail-oriented. They went above and beyond to ensure the setup was perfectly aligned with my requirements, even customizing the affiliate dashboard to match my website’s design flawlessly. What truly stood out was their willingness to explain every step of the process and provide helpful recommendations to optimize my system. Their communication was clear and timely, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch expertise and exceptional customer support.

Good communication while ticket was open and progressing. Was able to assist us with determining the issue, and gave a working solution.

I had a slight problem this morning and contacted support. I had an immediate email exchange with a gentleman called Omar who was brilliant! Within half an hour he had fixed the issue and was a gentleman throughout. I highly recommend this company! Andy Fields Founder of Gift a Tree

Update: The support team finally fixed my issue. Despite it being a very rare problem, they persisted and resolved it for me (although it could have been more efficient). Thank you, Andrew, and thank you to the support team! ========== Since purchasing the plugin, I've encountered issues with both the license and the addons not activating, resulting in a forbidden error. Your support has tried to resolve the issues but only responds once every 2-3 days, asking me to create a staging site or provide FTP details, without any real progress. It has been 10 days now, and I still can't use the plugin. I am truly disappointed and frustrated with your support.
