Hey Andrew, Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing. I see you’ve already opened a support request, and our team will continue working with you directly to get things resolved. Regarding your note on third party paid plugins, AffiliateWP is designed to integrate with a wide range of platforms (many of which are free to use), like WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads. These integrations help extend functionality, but they're not necessarily paid or required unless your specific setup calls for them. We appreciate you giving AffiliateWP a try and hope to get things working smoothly for you soon. - Andrew

Hi Matty, Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you felt caught off guard by the renewal pricing. We do our best to make pricing transparent, and renewal costs are clearly listed on both our pricing and checkout pages. That said, we understand that budgets can be tight — especially for charities. While we offered a higher discount than usual to help out, we completely respect your decision to request a refund. I've just responded to your ticket and processed a full refund as requested. - Andrew Munro
