I give it a 4 out of 5. If the battery that I have showed the charge level, the unit easily disassembled one place for the weight and cumbersome car loading and the battery locked on without the need for a key I would give it a 5.

Thank you very much for your feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re glad to hear that you would rate the product 4 out of 5, and even more pleased that you’re satisfied with its overall performance. We also greatly value your suggestions, including: A clear battery charge level indicator Easier disassembly to reduce weight when loading into a car A keyless battery locking system These are very insightful recommendations, and we will definitely share them with our product development team for future improvements. Thank you again for your support and honest review — it really helps us continue improving both our product and service. Best regards, Yan AESWGOF Team
The fully assembled product is better than what I saw online. It is also surprisingly sturdy but that means heavy. It doesn't have any whistles and bells like a follow me option or a remote. I might not have ordered it if I had known it would take more than 3 months for it to arrive in the U.S.

Hi Ken, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your review and for your honest feedback. We're delighted to hear that the product exceeded your expectations in terms of build quality and sturdiness. Thank you for recognizing that. Regarding the delivery time, the longer wait was mainly due to the high volume of pre-orders, which required us to dispatch orders in sequence. The actual shipping transit itself took only about one month; most of the waiting time was before dispatch while your order was in the production and fulfillment queue. We sincerely apologize that the extended wait affected your overall experience and resulted in a 3-star review. We completely understand your disappointment. We are continuously working to improve both our production capacity and customer service so that future customers can receive their orders much faster. Thank you again for choosing AESWGOF and for your support. We truly appreciate your business, and we hope you enjoy many great rounds of golf with your scooter. Best regards, Jon AESWGOF Team
Need to have someone to talk to on the phone. And have better instructions. Back up instructions are wrong, you have to tap twice not hold down.

Response from AESWGOF· Jun 23, 2026
Thank you for your valuable feedback. We will certainly take your suggestions into consideration. We understand that many users naturally expect a press-and-hold action, so the double-tap reverse function can take some time to get used to. In addition to the user manual, we also provide operation videos guidance. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us anytime. Our team will be happy to provide support and helpful videos to ensure you get the most out of your scooter. Thank you again for helping us improve our products and customer experience.
Produttore molto serio. Ha subito risposto a qualsiasi mia domanda. Ero in ansia perché ci son voluti 4 mesi prima di ricevere il mio carrello. Il carrello è costruito con materiali di altissima qualità. Molto solido. Per il momento 5 stelle Lusso.
