AeonFly, IncReviews of aeonfly.com

I am amending my previous review of Aeonfly. I was initially upset that I was sent a damaged motherboard but after alerting Aeonfly of this problem, they quickly rectified it by sending an RMA and refund. I am grateful to Aeonfly for their quick response. Because of this I am upgrading my assessment of Aeonfly.

It was frustrating that they sent the wrong part. I liked that they responded quickly and sent out the proper part 3 days later. Disliked that they didn't fully read my e-mails and address ALL questions asked, even when asked in two separate consecutive emails! Prices were not competitive, but I had to buy from them as I could not find this item anywhere else. I wanted to support Canada as I am located in Canada, but was charged in USD even though the item came from Quebec.

There was an issue with the item, that was quickly resolved by the team at AeonFly. They came to a resolution very quickly and satisfied me right away.

Great seller, was friendly and shipped everything promptly. Thank you
