This place is full of scammers. Please do not buy from them. They refuse to provide a return label for a product that cost hundreds and intentionally forced a different product to get “stuck” at a FedEx facility that also cost hundreds, by sending it to the wrong address.

These cats seriously hate negative reviews and will bomb your email and phone. So I am editing this review to get them to stop. My experience wasn't good. My advice call and verify your SKU if you're thinking of doing business. Do not trust their website at all, be it pricing or stock. All subject to change.

If you enjoy tracking down missing money, being lied to by automated customer service reps, and taking a trip to your physical bank branch to solve a company's internal 'glitches,' then AeonFly is the company for you. For everyone else: **consider this a massive warning.** Here is the exact script they use to hold your money hostage: **The Verified Return Hook:** You return your item. Their logistics team receives it, verifies it, and a representative (in my case, 'Barry Coleman') sends a reassuring email explicitly promising that your refund was processed and will appear in your account within 24 hours. **The 24-Hour Bait:** This email is designed to buy them time and keep you quiet. Once those 24 hours pass, nothing happens. Their system shows absolutely no trace of a pending refund being initiated. **The Ghost Protocol:** When you try to follow up, you are met with radio silence or endless loops. The only reason I received my $224.21 back is because I physically walked into my bank with printed copies of their own email chain and filed a formal merchant fraud/chargeback dispute. The bank checked the backend, saw AeonFly hadn't even attempted to send a refund, and took the money back by force. It is an absolute embarrassment that a customer has to weaponize their own bank just to get a promised refund. They are currently hitting my inbox asking me to 'rate my experience'—so here it is. 1 star is being incredibly generous. Do not trust their emails, do not trust 'Barry,' and do not give them your business.

Response from AeonFly, Inc· Jul 23, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. First, I'd like to sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. I understand how frustrating it can be when an order does not go as smoothly as expected, especially when there are delays at the beginning of the process. After carefully reviewing your order, I can confirm that we approved your return request, provided you with an RMA and a prepaid return shipping label, received and verified the returned item at our warehouse, and processed a full refund to your original payment method. According to our records, the refund was issued directly by AeonFly once the return was completed. We fully respect your right to share your experience. However, we are concerned that certain statements in your review do not accurately reflect the timeline of your order or the refund process. Based on our records, the refund was processed by AeonFly after your return was received, verified, and approved. If there was any misunderstanding regarding the refund process, we would welcome the opportunity to clarify the details with you. Thank you again for your time and consideration. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your experience further, please don't hesitate to reply. We're always happy to help. Kind regards, AeonFly Customer Support
Sent me the wrong item! I've tried contacting you to get a refund. I've had zero response. I'm going to do a charge back on my credit card if you don't reply.

UPDATE: the shop reached out to me once again and said they will ask trustpilot to delete this review, this is the second time they’re asking me to remove a negative review. Once again: most terrible service I ever got. I bought earbuds from AeonFly in March 2026. The first pair arrived with a broken case that wouldn’t close. They sent a replacement open-box white pair. Those were defective too — muffled sound, weird noises, like they’d been wet. Support said they “look fine” and that the problem happens with every pair because of the weather. They only agreed to a return after I mentioned a chargeback, and even tried to charge me a 25% restocking fee. As soon as I left a negative review they emailed me asking me to remove it so they would send the refund label. They only sent the label after I deleted the review. Won’t buy from them again. Stay away

I was shopping on the AeonFly site looking for a HDD. It was $422, but I needed 4 matching for a Network Video Recorder. Seeing the item was in stock but not knowing if they had 4 matching I contacted the chat to ensure that I would not be short shipped nor sent drives that were not matching. "Barry" kept asking irrelevant questions, in order for his colleagues raise the price to $798.

I purchased a hard drive, that showed in stock - all was great. The next day I contacted the company to get the tracking number for shipment, and while I was waiting, I looked on the siteand noticved the price trippled on the site for the hard dirve I purchased. The contact person said the order is in-process and I will get the tracking information shortly. Then I get a phone call I'm sorry the product is out of stock.
