I was able to find my brother's biological mother on Adopted. Though she did not communicate with me, Nikki tried. Nikki has been a Godsend in trying to communicate with her, but unfortunately, it didn't work out. At least I have her name.

Zoey we are thrilled to hear about your reunion with your son! Your story is typical of the results people are having on Adopted.com now that we have millions of members - often the person being sought is already registered and voila! A match is quick. Wishing you an amazing experience getting to know your son. Best wishes from the entire Adopted.com Team
I gave up my baby boy 2/1970, knowing probably I would never know how it all came out. But as a mom, I did decide that, although I could never find him, that perhaps if I was available, if he wanted to, he could find me. I created a profile at adopted.com in 2012 and waited... over the years several people thought we might be a fit, but all were no go. But on Oct 30, 2024, at 9:43am, a notification came from adopted.com that someone matched exactly! and after about 24 hours of back and forth, it became plain that my baby boy had found his mom, ME. I was able to travel to his city in Feb 2025 and celebrate his 55th birthday with him, his wife & son, my newly-found DIL & grandson. Amazingly, my son looks just like me! I never thought I would know about him, and I am grateful for adopted.com and its mechanism that made our reunion possible. My son and I remain in touch and enjoy our growing relationship.

Lynda, thank you for sharing this wonderful example of how Adopted.com works! 'As a mom, I did decide that, although I could never find him, that perhaps if I was available, if he wanted to, he could find me.' This is exactly how we intended our service to work, and these days (with over 1,200,000 members), it's happening every day. I love that it only took 24 hours back-and-forth to confirm you had found your son. Our entire team at Adopted.com is thrilled for you! Wishing you all the best with your reunion.
Poor search system and matching algorithm, leading to absolute terrible matches. Not worth the time or money.

This is rare these days, and people give us the same feedback a lot. Now that we have so many search profiles, the endings (to people's search) and beginnings (to their new relationships) are a daily occurrence on our platform! Thank you for noticing our value, and taking the time to share your view of it. It matters very much to us how people experience Adopted.com! Regards from the Adopted.com Team
Finally paid the subscription because I was told I had 4 ten out of ten matches. 10/10 means 100 percent matches in my mind, yet when I paid, there were NO matches that were even close, not even the exact birth date I put in. Total waste of money and false advertising.
