ADKOS Vehicle Storage & TransportReviews of adkos.com

We had our vehicles in storage for quite some time and we never have to worry. Mitch provides us world class service always and treats us like family.

Our experience to this point is incomplete as our vehicle is still being stored with Adkos. The biggest issue I have is that it takes up to a week or more to get replies back on questions or issues we may have. This is assumed to be because the managing personnel only go in once a month to care for the vehicles they have in storage. Should there be any maintenance to be done it wouldn’t get done until the next month or more depending on their schedule. Secondly, while their web site does provide a history, it lacks any real details such as was it driven, how far, current fluid levels, air pressure, oil condition, etc. Vehicles that are stored for several years should be checked on besides turning it on and off.

The way they treat your vehicle whilst being gone is by far better than leaving it somewhere with somebody to take care of it. Any minor things found on my vehicle were immediately fixed and shared to me, keeping me updated on my vehicle.

When I first reached out to ADKOS back in April 2018 for a storage quote, immediately I was contacted by a VP who gave me all the detailed info we needed to make a decision. The entire process has been extremely seamless to this day Jan 2020. Yes, storing a vehicle can be a worrisome process but they've gotten it right.

Excellent customer service, great communication. I am storing 2 vehicles at the moment and have used their services for over 4 years. I have no concerns whatsoever.

Great service! We had to send our Jeep back to the States from Germany to be stored before leaving for Okinawa. Carville made the whole process seamless and gave us comfort throughout the whole process knowing that our vehicle was in good hands. We continue to recommend Adkos to people that we come across who are looking at vehicle storage.

I fell comfortable knowing my storage manager is taking care of my 2009 Mercedes Benz E63, starting and driving it monthly so when I return from Guam in a few years, it will be ready to go. Thanks George! v/r Lane Thurmond

Carville provided great customer service professionally, punctually and accurately. His knowledge, experience and attention to detail is second to none. I rest confidently knowing my mint condition 21 year old SL500 convertible is in great hands and will be returned to me as I left it.
