Initially communication was great, the staff was easy to work with. I signed the contract well in advance—two months prior to be an exact. As my shipping day was getting closer, I had to call the staff and remind/ask them about the date since no company was assigned to transport my vehicle cross-country. The staff assured me that the bid was submitted in the system and awaiting on the company to be assigned. However, I didn’t have a tangible answer. It just added additional stress on top of everything I had going on during that time. I was on the verge of looking for a different company and I got a call at a very end. I will doubt I will use their service again. Mr. Rana

My price change while being deployed and I didn’t appreciate it. If I’m deployed I can’t obviously remove my vehicle so I was stuck there. Customer service is great but the price issue bothered me.

No indication of any serious issues with my vehicle until it was delivered to me after three years. I paid for the premier service, expecting that the company would pay extra attention to my vehicle and let me know what would need to be done / if anything broke down during the time in their care. While it appeared that perhaps some of the issues did pre-date the storage, they were not identified prior to contracting with Adkos and follow-on interactions with customer service upon receipt of vehicle did not sync up with the customer expectations for paying for 'premium' service.
